Villa New is located on a quiet cobbled street, but only moments away from the strip. In the centre of Albufeira town with Oura's sandy beach only a 6 minute walk away. Once you arrive at the villa you will notice a fence that surrounds the villa for privacy and security. The villa is located at the end of a cul de sac and is very quiet so you can enjoy the sun without being disturbed. As the villa is located in the heart of Albufeira Town you will be able to enjoy all that Albufeira and the Algarve have to offer on your doorstep. Villa New Exterior As you enter the gated entrance you will find an area to park at least 2 cars which will be secure. On the right hand side of the villa you will see a 8x4 meter private swimming pool with BBQ, Lawn area, and outside dining area shaded by a percola. There are exterior stairs that take you up to the 1st floor where you can enjoy the sea views from the private terrace. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun from the high quality sun loungers that surround the pool. The villa benefits from large sliding doors that lead to the living, dining and kitchen area for those who have had enough of the sun but still want to look out onto the pool.
