This is a very bright apartment on the top floor of a two-story building (no elevator). Ideal for a holiday without a car as all amenities are close by. 2 bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds each with a pull out bed. The bedroom with double bed has a small balcony. The living room is equipped with a sofa area to sit 6 people comfortably and a dining table with 6 chairs and access to two balconies. One is oriented to the west and the other to east. The living room is equipped with cable TV, wireless Internet access, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, juicer, blender, coffee maker (filter + caps) and a combined refrigerator / freezer. From the kitchen there is a balcony which is equipped with a table and four chairs. The 2 bathrooms have both windows. One is equipped with a bathtub and shower and the other with a Bathtub. There is a place for one car in the communal garage.
