Vila Luz is a modern semi-detached villa with private pool, ideal for families with children up to 6 people. Located in the center of Albufeira 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants and many other facilities. The house is bright, large and airy with a living area of 156m2. Vila Luz has a modern decoration offering luxurious comfort, equipped with TV with Netflix access, WiFi internet, ping pong table and air conditioning. Good bus links to the old town of Albufeira are nearby. and access to the balcony. Vila Luz is composed of 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor the living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a large private terrace and swimming pool. One bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The large terrace next to the living room with its electric sunblind and private pool is a great place to socialize and has a barbecue, a table, 6 chairs and sun lounges. On the first floor, one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. Inside the property, there is private closed & large garage space to park a car. Security deposit: 700 € to be paid in cash upon arrival, will be returned on departure if everything is ok. The host reserves the right to stay with the security deposit one week after departure if the property shows signs of misuse. Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. The guests must respect the neighbour's rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level. In case of serious inconvenience to neighbours or extreme damage caused to accommodation, the host manager has the right to issue a fine up to the value of the security deposit, or terminate the lease, in effect, immediately and the guest is required to vacate the accommodation from immediately without any refund! The host manager only once informs about the disturbance. The second notice will result in a fine. # Not suitable for young groups, the villa cannot be rented to a young group of adults under 25. It's for families and couples only!
