One of the bedroom with a double bed bathroom with shower and has access to the balcony. The second bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a bathtub and has access to a balcony. The large terrace next to the living room with direct access to the swimming pool is a great place to socialize and has a barbecue, a dining table for 4 people and 2 sun lounges. The city of Albufeira is the most touristic town in the Algarve where you can enjoy free entertainment and hundreds of bars and restaurants that make this city an ultra-dynamic and vibrant city. Garden Design, it is less than 45 minutes from the airport and close to all activities such as ZOO MARINE, AQUASPLAH, AQUALAND, GOLFS Good bus links to the old town of Albufeira are nearby. *According to Portuguese laws, identity card or passport data is required prior to the guest's arrival. Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 09:00 pm and 10:00 am. The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level. Not suitable for young groups, the apartment cannot be rented to a young group of adults under 21. It's for families and couples only!
