Villa California Villa California is an impressive contemporary holiday villa, affording a prime location in Corcovada, only a short walk away from a wide range of renowned restaurants, only 2 km from some of the Algarve's most beautiful sandy beaches and only a short drive away from an excellent golf course, as well as several other amenities. Relax and enjoy your holidays at the impressive Villa California with breath-taking sea views! This stunning and spacious 7-bedroom villa sleeps 14+4 guests, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 double and 1 twin bedroom – both with en-suite bathrooms), 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor (both twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms) and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower floor. On the lower floor you can also find a wonderful games room with a lounge area, football table and pool table and the first floor includes a balcony where you can lounge with a drink, enjoying the marvellous sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with an electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. A spacious lounge/dining room with 2 sofas, TV and Playstation, opens out onto an amazing terrace with a view to the swimming pool. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included, along with free Wi-Fi. Outside the property is completely walled and fenced, with a large south-facing swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) with a garden, patio and a brick barbecue area, ideal for alfresco dining. There is plenty of space to relax and lounge around the pool or for children to play. This fantastic villa is ideal for couples or families and is a 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa and Oura. Right next door to Villa California is its sister villa, Villa Florida. The villa has easy access to Albufeira center, the Strip, Praia D’Oura and Olhos de Água, and a good choice of excellent beaches, shops, eateries, watersports and places to visit are also within easy reach. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups not allowed. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 14 people. • From the 15th to the 18th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
