Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Studio Marbella Bright and compact, the Marbella studio apartment is located just 20 meters from a beautiful stretch of golden sandy beach! With an incredibly central location, within short walking distance of all amenities, the property is perfect for a couple, friends or family looking to relax and enjoy the town, beach and each other’s company. This cosy apartment with free Wi-Fi is on the second floor (with lift access) and is delightfully decorated. The lounge area has comfortable sofa-beds (two singles and one double) and there’s a built-in bunk bed (additional charge) in the entrance area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The lounge space also includes an open-plan kitchenette with a dining table and chairs, and built-in wardrobes. The delightful balcony with sea views includes a built-in barbeque and outdoor seating where you can enjoy a meal al fresco. The apartment is located in Albufeira centre, right on the beachfront (Praia dos Pescadores) and has everything you may require for a relaxing holiday on your doorstep. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a pharmacy are all within short walking distance. The centre of the Old Town of Albufeira is only a few streets away and the Strip with the best bars and nightlife in town is about a 5 minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 4 people. The 5th and the 6th person an additional rental amount is required which includes for either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\* The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
