Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Maya is a beautiful, spacious villa with a traditional flair located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just outside Olhos de Água, Albufeira. With 3 bedrooms, a private heatable swimming pool (pool heating an optional extra) and within a few minutes’ drive from all amenities, this villa is an excellent holiday home for families looking to relax in the Algarve sun. This wonderful villa has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, 3 spacious double bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms with baths and showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a dining table where you can enjoy meals with family and friends, as well as direct access to a covered terrace with a dining and barbeque space, allowing you to opt for indoor or outdoor eating with ease. A bright and inviting living / dining space provides ample room for dining with a large dining table, or lounging with comfortable seating and satellite TV. Patio doors allow direct access to terraces with tranquil views of the swimming pool and a beautiful garden, with spaces for dining or relaxing with a drink and a book. Stepping down from the terraces is the superb swimming pool (with pool heating as an optional extra) and sunbeds for soaking up the summer sun. Villa Maya is located near Olhos de Água, with a couple of restaurants nearby (within a short walk) and a few minutes’ drive from all amenities including a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The stunning golden beaches of Maria Luisa, Olhos de Água and Barranco are the closest to the property and are also just a few minutes’ drive away. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 5-minute drive. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Youth Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 6 people. The 7th and 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €75 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €20 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
