Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Apartment Bohol 3 Apartment Bohol 3 is a cosy holiday apartment located in the quiet Villa Alba complex. Perfect for small families, couples or a few friends, the property is only a 15-minute walk away from the centre of Albufeira and just a few minutes’ drive away from some of the best golden sandy beaches in the area. This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double bed). A comfortable living / dining room leads onto a wonderful balcony with lovely views of the gardens and swimming pools. Sunbeds and a table and chairs are provided for sunbathing and enjoying meals al fresco. Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The complex itself is quiet and well-kept with lovely gardens, a large communal pool and a small children’s pool. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town. Car hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 -Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) -Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) -Breakage Deposit Groups: €130 per person (payable by credit card only) -Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. -Prices up to 4 people. -The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
