Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. The superb Creta apartment is a comfortable 2-bedroom holiday home, in the beautiful complex of "Quinta Pedra dos Bicos" with a large communal swimming pool and well-maintained gardens. Located in a quiet area of lively Santa Eulália, Albufeira, all amenities are within a short walking distance including beautiful sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. This lovely apartment is located on the first floor (with a lift and stair access) and is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Parking is available just outside the apartment buildings. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living / dining room with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs. A wonderful balcony with outdoor seating is accessed from both the kitchen and master bedroom. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (master bedroom) and another with 2 single beds, and there are two separate toilets, one with a shower and the other with a bath and overhead shower. In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building. Creta apartment is very well located, as it’s in Santa Eulália, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. The property is also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 "Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €130 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week)." The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
