Apartment Orlando Orlando Apartment is a fabulous 3-bedroom property, in the heart of historic Albufeira. Accommodating 6+2 people, this wonderfully decorated apartment can be your home away from home as you explore the city, excellent cuisine and beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with lift access), and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a shower and whirlpool bath. There is also a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all appliances and utensils necessary for home cooking and dining. A large living / dining room invites you to enjoy a meal with family or friends, or lounge on the comfortable sofa and watch a movie or even play video games on the games console. A wonderful balcony with a table and chairs invites you outside to enjoy a meal or a drink with beautiful sunsets and views over the town. An excellent location in the Albufeira Old Town is certainly one of the highlights of this property, as you’ll be just minutes from a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, lively squares and artisans’ shops. The Peneco and Pescadores beaches are the closest, just a 10-minute walk away and there’s a supermarket right across the street where you can stock up on essentials. Another location of interest is the Albufeira Strip, located just a 5 minute drive away. Should you wish to bring your car or hire one, the apartment also has a private garage parking space. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). Car hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 6 people. The 7th and 8th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
