Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Caracas 1 is a delightful 2-bedroom apartment located in a new complex in central Albufeira. Ideal for a family or a few friends, this property is near all essential amenities and is the perfect setting for an invigorating sunny getaway. Accommodating 4+2 people, this superb apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and overhead shower and another with a shower. The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a table and chairs and leads onto an inviting balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for a meal or for relaxing in the sunshine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and is located on the first floor with lift access. The inviting swimming pool is in a sunny outdoor communal space with plenty of room to sunbathe. An exterior private parking space is also available. With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk of the apartment including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Praia dos Alemães) is only a 12-minute walk away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 • Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €130 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 4 people. • The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
