Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Mykonos apartment is a wonderful holiday property right on the Albufeira Marina with delightful sea views. Located in a colourful complex with a large swimming pool overlooking the Marina and wonderful balconies with a view, this property is perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The 2 bedrooms of this superb apartment are bright and spacious with double beds and there are two bathrooms (one en-suite) both fitted with baths and overhead showers. The kitchen is fully-equipped, the living room spacious with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining area, and there are two lovely terraces overlooking the pool and the marina inviting you to sit out and enjoy a meal, a drink and the view. The apartment is located on the first floor (with lift access) and includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in every room. The apartment is located in a quieter area of the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20 minute walk) into Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach). Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €120 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 4 people. From the 5th to the 7th person an additional rental amount is required which includes for either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week)." The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
