Villa Kela is a beautiful, child friendly villa fully furnished to an extremely high standard, with free Wi-Fi. Quiet and peaceful, yet still only 10 minutes from the main resort's golden beaches and golf courses, it is located in the village of Cerro do Ouro, 7km north of Albufeira Old town, within easy access to local shops and excellent restaurants. On the first floor of the property is a cosy living room with a TV and pool table for great entertainment, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom (bath with shower), as well as a spacious and sunny terrace and smaller balcony. The remaining 3 bedrooms are found on the ground floor, which all have patio doors that open onto the garden and terrace (1 double en-suite master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite with bath & shower and another with a walk-in shower) and 1 large living room with a TV and DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, hob, toaster and kettle. There is also a small laundry room accessed from outside with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen leads into a dining room with a large dining table where patio doors open onto a lovely terrace facing the surrounding fields, ideal for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All units in the house benefit from free wi-fi and air-conditioning. The villa benefits from a private and heatable (heating as an optional extra) swimming pool and jacuzzi (optional extra), which feature a child safety fence and a separate smaller shallow pool perfect for young children. Leading from the dining room is a large sunny terrace with BBQ, furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Banks/ATM's, chemist, post office and market are nearby in the villages of Ferreiras and Guia, and the villa is an easy drive from the Algarve's best beaches, including Albufeira's famous Fishermans beach, Galé, Sao Rafael, Castelo, Oura, Balaia and Falesia. Away from the main tourist hub, explore the quaint fishing villages which retain much of their original charm and character. Visit the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, the Monchique mountains, Sagres and Cape St Vincent. The town of Silves, with its imposing castle, is full of history and local charm. Loulé has many fine old churches and buildings, and a famous covered market that spills out onto the streets on Saturdays. Other nearby attractions include Zoomarine - a dolphinarium which has its own mini funfair and water park, and Krazyworld which offers good family entertainment with a zoo, pools and fairground. There are also 2 huge water parks - Slide and Splash and Aqualand, which offer just about every aquabatic experience! Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups not allowed • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amount. Prices up to 8 people. • From the 9th to the 12th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (only €119 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
