Villa Pérola is an impressive and spacious holiday villa affording a prime location in Montechoro, Albufeira. Only 2km from the best golden sandy beaches and within walking distance to all amenities, this is undoubtedly the perfect property for those looking for a car-free holiday, enjoying the city and its beautiful beaches. This fantastic 5-bedroom villa sleeps up to 12+4 guests, and benefits from air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The property is composed of 5 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms on the first floor (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor (one with a bunk bed set and the other with 2 single beds), as well as 5 bathrooms (3 with a bathub). There is also a games room with a pool table and table football for additional entertainment on long summer days. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and modern appliances you may need to make you feel at home. The living / dining room is fully furnished to the highest standards of comfort, with direct access to the outdoor pool area and garden. Here you can enjoy your meals al fresco, prepared on the traditional Algarvean barbeque, gathering family and friends alongside the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) to relax in the sun and enjoy your holidays to the fullest. Located in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, the villa is a short walk from all amenities necessary for your holiday including supermarkets, a selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and banks. The beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Eulália, Oura and Alemães are just a short drive away, as well as options for golf, water sports and boat trips. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Youth Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 10 people The 11th to the 16th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €75 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €20 each per week The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
