Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Morais is a spectacular 6-bedroom villa, boasting a prime location in the much-adored Galé beach area, with wonderful restaurants and beach bars. With a private heatable swimming pool (pool heating an optional extra) and a short walk from the beach, this spacious property is the ideal holiday home for families looking to stay within easy reach of all amenities. Villa Morais has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all 6 bedrooms. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (which share a semi-circular terrace overlooking the private pool - one with an en-suite bathroom), 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite); on the entrance level there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed set (sleeps 4) and 1 bathroom, and the lower level has 1 bedroom with 2 bunk bed sets (sleeps 4), 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed set (sleeps 2+1) with an en-suite shower room and an additional shower room. The main kitchen on the entrance level is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary for home cooking, as well as a breakfast table and patio doors opening onto the barbeque area, essential for summer grilling. There is also a secondary kitchen on the lower level, fully equipped and including a dining area. Still on the lower level, a cosy games room with a snooker table provides a space for endless entertainment on long summer nights. The airy living / dining room on the entrance level includes a large dining table and comfortable seating, inviting you to share a meal with family and friends or lounge and relax while watching an evening movie. Patio doors open from the living space onto the wonderful pool terrace, with a large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and ping-pong table, surrounded by ample space to relax, with a small lawned garden on the far side of the pool. The gardens are fully enclosed, bordered by hedging and the brick BBQ and a shaded outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy alfresco meals in respite from the sun. Villa Morais is in the Galé area, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) \- Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) \- Breakage Deposit Youth Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) \- Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 16 people. From the 17th to the 22nd person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €75 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €20 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
