Vienna apartment is a superb holiday property located in a quiet complex with 2 swimming pools for adults and children, and well-kept gardens. With tranquil views and less than a 10-minute drive away from great golden, sandy beaches, this tastefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is located on the first floor, with free Wi-Fi and is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with three single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms. A bright and multi-functional space includes the open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable living area with a TV. A marvellous balcony is accessed from both the bedrooms and living room, with a table, chairs and sunbeds and lovely views of the beautiful gardens, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The shared pool area is in a beautiful and tranquil garden with 2 swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds to relax on. The property is in a quiet area of Montechoro, Albufeira with a supermarket, several restaurants and cafes within a 10-minute walk. Just a short drive away is Albufeira city centre where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars (the Albufeira Strip being famed for its excellent nightlife) and the Albufeira Old Town, as well as beautiful sandy beaches and fabulous golf courses. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 "Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €100 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 4 people. • The 5th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week)." The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
