Villa Florença is a gorgeous contemporary holiday villa, located in Patroves, Albufeira, only 3km from the best golden sandy beaches. With beautiful sea views, private heatable swimming pool and a games area with pool and table tennis, this property is sure to be a great setting for a wonderful holiday. This stunning 4-bedroom villa sleeps up to 8+1 guests with 3 twin bedrooms on the first floor (2 with en-suite bathrooms) and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor. There are 3 bathrooms on the first floor (2 en-suite) and 1 on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, sink, and a large dining table, perfect for meals with family and friends. There is also an additional dining area and a cosy living area with comfortable sofas and a large TV with international and Portuguese channels. The lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool is accessed from both the dining and living areas. Villa Florença has air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout. The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance and automatic gate leading to the parking facilities for several cars and direct entrance into the villa. The private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is located at the front of the property and receives sun the whole day. At the back of the property is an entertainment and BBQ / dining area with pool table, table tennis and a traditional Algarve covered barbecue, great for entertaining friends and family with a meal alfresco. All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also just a few minutes’ drive away, providing an excellent choice for a day out. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. Car Hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
