Villa Los Roques Villa Los Roques is a fantastic contemporary holiday villa, located in Patroves, Albufeira, only 3km from the best sandy beaches. With a private swimming pool and stunning natural views of the surrounding area, this property is sure to be the ideal setting for a wonderful holiday. This stunning 4-bedroom villa sleeps up to 8+4 guests with 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, as well as 4 full bathrooms and 1 guest W.C. Villa Los Roques has air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery and utensils. The living / dining room is spacious and airy, leading onto the balcony which wraps around the villa affording soothing views of the surrounding greenery and pool area. The private swimming pool is south-facing and located at the back of the property, along with a table and chairs and ping pong table in the garden. The main outdoor dining area and traditional barbeque are set on the balcony with wonderful natural views, an ideal setting for relaxing meals with family and friends. The property is completely walled and fenced, with parking available for 2 cars. All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also just a few minutes’ drive away, providing an excellent choice for a day out. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. Car Hire is recommended and if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 8 people. • The 9th and 12th persons pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
