Our apartment has 3 spacious terraces with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. All terraces are furnished with long chairs and sitting areas. The bedroom is located on a quiet side with a stunning view of the garden. The maximum occupancy for a rental is 4. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term vacation. New Ocean View Apartment with Terra?e in Albufeira is a modern, brand new flat designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing vibe for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 92 square meters large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4 people. The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size bed, one large living room, featuring 2 pullout sofas, Smart TV, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and 3 terraces. The living room has direct access to 2 terraces with a stunning ocean view. All patios are equipped with small dining tables and 2 long chairs. Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities that might be handy during the stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, fridge, oven, water kettle, the dishwashing machine, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave oven etc. Health and safety: Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests! We use professional standards of cleaning of our apartment and hygiene for our guests. All guests in apartment are supplied with masks, gloves and antiseptic for protection. First aid kit in apartment is equipped with thermometer and all the necessities. ?leaning and washing services - 60 € (does not depend on the number of guests and the rental period). What is available to the guest: Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults and kids, tennis courts and other recreational stuff that is restricted only for the residences and guests of the building. Also, a private parking spot is free of charge. The entire area is under surveillance 24/7, with security available on-premises. Location: The building is located in one of the most desired locations in Albufeira. Extraordinary ocean views, gardens and beautiful landscapes will be a highlight of your trip. There are numerous restaurants and bars around the area, including Casa do Cerro, Windmill Restaurant and ocean side Iguana Cafe. Porto de Abrigo de Albufeira, which is a popular sightseeing harbor for tourists is only 7 minutes walk from you. There is also a golf course available as well as surfing classes. For those who prefer to go shopping, shopping street, and the mall are reachable by car (2.8 km). For active tourists there are plenty of other things to do: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours, about 4 kilometers away, Salgados Golf Course, considered one of the finest ones in Portugal and kids' favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, which will take about 20 minutes by car. Transport: Faro Airport is located 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. The closest bus stop is 400 m away. The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our partners - car rent company and they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best auto. Rule of residence: Our manager will meet you at our Encosta da Orada complex and register you. Deposit 200 €, which is returned by the guest after a holiday. Not for parties. Not for smoker. Check-in time is 15:00 - 22:00, time for check-out is from 07:00 - 11:00, upon arrival you will be met by manager. Opportunity for check-in after 22:00 is for extra pay (30 €). Early checkout before 07:00 we’ll ask you to pay our manager’s fee 30 euro. Our apartment is for 4 guests. But we can place 5 guests, under the condition that will be at least one child under 16. Fee for the fifth guest is 25 euros per day.
