Apartment Mayotte is a one bedroom apartment that sleeps 2+3 and is in the beautiful complex of “Bella Vista Avenida” with communal swimming pools, well-kept gardens and free WIFI. It boasts an incredibly central location and is within walking distance to all amenities, perfect for a couple or a few friends looking for a relaxing holiday in a comfortable apartment close to the town and beaches. This cosy and compact holiday home is located on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs or an elevator. The living area is open plan and fully equipped with everything to make your holiday run smoothly. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle and a small dining table with stools for you to enjoy inside dining. The living room has ample comfortable seating for you to watch the satellite television channels and patio doors leading out to the balcony where there is another dining table if you wish to have your meals al-fresco. The bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower. In this beautiful complex you can find a large outdoor swimming pool and a smaller swimming pool for children surrounded by lawned gardens. Public parking is available outside and around the apartment building. Car hire is not necessary/needed however if you want to hire a car, we can help you. Apartment Mayotte benefits from an excellent location in Albufeira and is just a few minutes’ walk from a shopping centre, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars, bus stops and about a 15-minute walk from beautiful sandy beaches. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 2 people. • The 3rd to 5th person pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
