Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Poseidon Villa Poseidon is a fantastic 4-bedroom holiday home located in the colourful Albufeira marina. Only a few minutes’ drive from central Albufeira, with a private, heatable swimming pool and a games room, this property is the perfect setting for a sunny getaway with family and friends. The property has 4 bedrooms and it accommodate up to 8+2: 1 double en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor, and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor. Also located on the ground floor is the dining room and kitchen, which is fully equipped for home cooking, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, coffee machine, washing machine and kettle. A traditional brick barbeque is located just outside. The living room includes a TV area and plenty of seating for lounging with family and friends. For additional entertainment, you’ll find a pool table and table football on the lower floor, as well as an exterior ping-pong table. Outside, the garden area and L-shaped private pool (heatable as an optional extra) invite you to relax and enjoy the Algarve sun. The Villa is located in a quiet area of the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20-minute walk) into Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th and 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price.
