Villa Nassau Villa Nassau is a wonderful 5-bedroom holiday home, enjoying a prime location in central Albufeira. With a large private, heatable swimming pool and a beautiful garden, villa Nassau is within walking distance from all amenities and is an excellent choice for families looking to holiday in the heart of Albufeira. The property has 5 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom) on the first floor and 4 twin bedrooms on the ground floor (one has an additional bunk bed set, sleeping 4 people, and an en-suite bathroom), as well as 2 additional bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need during your holiday, and a spacious living / dining room with large sofas and a TV allows you to lounge comfortably. From here you have direct access to the relaxing outdoor area with lush greenery where you can enjoy sunbathing and fun dives in the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), delighting both children and adults. This impressive villa is perfect for entertaining with friends and family and includes a traditional barbeque and an exterior games area for you to enjoy playing snooker, as well as a table tennis table by the swimming pool. With its exceptional location in central Albufeira, you’ll have all amenities within a short walk including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the Albufeira Strip. Beautiful sandy beaches (Praia da Oura is the closest) are within a 10-minute walk and for golf-lovers, there are several golf courses in the area, the closest being only a 3-minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Additional notes: Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €300 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 12 people The 13th and 14th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed.
