Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. The apartment Paphos is a delightful and cosy 2-bedroom holiday home, in the beautiful complex of "Quinta Pedra dos Bicos" with a large communal swimming pool and well-maintained gardens. Located in Santa Eulália, Albufeira, all amenities are within a short walking distance including beautiful sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is fully equipped with 2 bright and spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, both with large built-in wardrobes with full length mirrors. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower and another with a shower. The inviting multi-functional living room has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area with comfortable seating, TV and DVD player for slow mornings and relaxing evenings. A wonderful, spacious balcony with a table, chairs and sunbeds is accessed from the bedrooms and is perfect for al fresco meals and sunbathing. Free Wi-Fi is included and air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building. A highlight of this property is its excellent location, as it’s in a quiet street of Santa Eulália, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €130 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed.
