Apartment Formentera Formentera Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom holiday property, affording a prime location in Oura, Albufeira. Perfect for a family, couples or friends, looking for a car-free beach holiday, the property is only a short walk from beautiful beaches and all amenities. This wonderful apartment is on the second floor (with stair access) and is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The living room is spacious and includes comfortable seating and a dining area. A breakfast bar with high chairs looks from the living room onto the kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. There is a bathroom with a shower bath and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. It has a marvellous balcony accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room, with a table, chairs and parasol and lovely views of the fabulous gardens and swimming pools. The property is in a beautiful complex with an exceptional outdoor swimming pool for both adults and children and well-kept gardens. With its exceptional location in central Albufeira, you’ll have all amenities within a short walk including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful sandy beaches (Praia da Oura is the closest) are within a 10-minute walk and for golf-lovers, there are several golf courses in the area, the closest being only a 3-minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car we can help you. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 • Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
