Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Samoa is an impressive and comfortable holiday villa affording a prime location in Albufeira, only 5 minutes’ drive away from the best golden sandy beaches and within walking distance to all amenities. Sleeping up to 12+2 guests, villa Samoa has all the special touches that will turn a holiday into a truly memorable experience. This stunning 6-bedroom villa has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 with a bunk bed set and 1 with a double bed (en-suite), and 4 bedrooms on the first floor: 2 with a double bed (en-suite) and 2 with two single beds. The Villa also benefits from a spacious living room, with a bright and inviting dining area, perfect for group meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home cooking, to be enjoyed indoors or ‘al-fresco’ on the patio. On the lower floor you can also find a Games Room with a bar where you can enjoy a game of snooker. Villa Samoa offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and everything you need for a stress-free holiday with the best entertainment. Outside, the property offers a large private swimming pool (heatable as optional extra) with plenty of sunbeds amongst the well-kept garden areas, as well as a patio with outdoor seating and barbecue area, ideal for alfresco dining. This fantastic villa is in a quiet street of the lively Santa Eulália area. Ideal for couples or families, it’s within a short walking distance of all nearby amenities including a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The beach (Praia de Santa Eulália or Praia da Oura) is within about a 15-minute walk (5-minute drive), as well as the Albufeira Strip. The Old Town is just an 8-minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Prices up to 12 people The 13th to the 14th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed.
