The bedroom is located on a quiet side with a stunning view of the garden. The maximum occupancy for a rental is 4. Focusing on your comfort, the 105 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4 people. The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size 2 beds, a dressing table; a large living room, featuring 1 sofa - bed and 1 sofa, big dining table, Smart TV Samsung LED - 55'' (YouTube Premium and Netflix for free), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and 2 terraces. The living room has direct access to the huge sunny terrace with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom, kitchen and the second terrace which also has dining table, are located on a quiet side with a stunning view of the garden. All patios are equipped with dining tables, and the sunny terrace also has a parasol and 2 long chairs. Albufeira Ocean Apartment with big sunny terrace is equipped with 2 air conditions. Tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls are available for our guests in the apartment. The apartment has a baby cot and a high chair (they are free for our guests, you should notify us previously). For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe for documents and valuables. Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities that might be handy during the stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, fridge, oven, water kettle, the dishwashing machine, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave oven etc. What is available to the guest: Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults and kids, tennis courts and other recreational stuff that is restricted only for the residences and guests of the building. Tennis rackets and balls are available to our guests. Also, a private parking spot is free of charge. The territory of the complex is closed, and during the period from May to October the complex is monitored and guarded. Health and safety: Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests! We use professional standards of cleaning of our apartment and hygiene for our guests. All guests in apartment are supplied with masks, gloves and antiseptic for protection. Guests can take a free express test for Covid in our apartments. For active tourists there are plenty of other things to do: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours, about 4 kilometers away, Salgados Golf Course, considered one of the finest ones in Portugal and kids' favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, which will take about 20 minutes by car. Transport: Faro Airport is located 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. The closest bus stop is 400 m away. The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our partners - car rent company and they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best auto.
