Villa San Remo The charming and bright Villa San Remo with a private heatable pool is located in the heart of Albufeira, within a short walking distance to all amenities, including golden sandy beaches. This villa stands out for its unbeatable location and is an excellent choice for families and friends looking to discover Albufeira. This one level villa equipped with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds) and 3 bathrooms (2 are en-suite) The kitchen provides all equipment and appliances needed for home cooking, to be enjoyed in the bright and airy living / dining room or out on the terrace overlooking the pool. There’s also a traditional Algarvian barbecue for grilling. Out on the relaxing outdoor area you can enjoy sunbathing and delicious dives in the private heatable swimming pool (heating option available at an extra cost), which will surely delight both children and adults. This wonderful villa benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia dos Alemães is the closest) and shops, bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip (about a 10 minute walk) with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town (20 minute walk). Car hire is not necessary with such an excellent location, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: € 300 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 6 people. From the 7th to the 9th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed.
