Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Apartment Montego Bay is a comfortable and tastefully furnished 1-bedroom apartment, located in the beautiful complex of “Quinta Pedra dos Bicos”. It is situated on the first floor of the apartment building and can be accessed by stairs or an elevator. The location of the apartment Montego Bay is without a doubt one of its best attributes, as it benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing family holiday. Sleeping up to 2+3 people, and including air conditioning throughout, free wi-fi and satellite television, this wonderful apartment has 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom fitted with a bath and overhead shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and utensils. The living / dining room is open plan and incorporates the kitchen in one comfortable and well decorated space. There is balcony shared by the living/dining room and bedroom with outdoor seating where you can enjoy a drink in the sun. In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large communal swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building. The property is very well located, as it’s in Santa Eulália, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 2 people. • The 3rd and 5th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (Double-Bed) (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
