Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Fiji is a bright and airy 3-bedroom villa sleeping 6+2 people, with an unbeatably central location in Albufeira, close to all amenities and within walking distance of the centre of nightlife and the beach, yet in a quiet residential area. With a lovely garden, private swimming pool and located within a few minutes’ walk of restaurants, shops, the beach and the famous Albufeira Strip, villa Fiji is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax in the heart of Albufeira. The property has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom in the first floor with a terrace overlooking the pool and with sea views, and 2 twin rooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor), as well as two bathrooms and an extra guest toilet. The living area is open plan with the kitchen providing all the equipment necessary for home cooking including utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living / dining room is spacious with satellite TV and free internet WIFI, dining table and chairs and patio doors leading from the lounge out to the garden and the al fresco dining area. Outside you’ll find a large lawned area of garden and a private swimming pool with sun loungers, dining area and barbecue for soaking up the sun and enjoying summer meals outdoors. The property is totally fenced with space to park one car within the premises. Villa Fiji is in the heart of Areias de São João, Albufeira, just a few minutes’ walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The nearest beach (Praia da Oura) is just a 10-minute walk away, with other beaches 15 minutes’ walk from the villa, and the Albufeira Old Town about a 10-minute drive or 25-minute walk. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts extras and excursions. Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th and 8th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
