Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Royal Mill is a spectacular villa, ideal for large groups or more than one family holidaying together, wanting space and comfortable living at a prime location near Albufeira. Villa Royal Mill is a very spacious 13 bedroom villa, with a large heatable swimming pool, XL jacuzzi, 13 bathrooms, and much more to offer its guests. Affording a prime location near Albufeira with breathtaking views and a few minutes from the best golden sandy beaches, this spectacular villa, furnished and decorated to the highest of standards, will ensure a relaxing holiday in the sun. Comfortably sleeping 37 + 13 guests the villa offers amazing facilities to enjoy during your stay, both inside and out. There is an outdoor games area for all the guests. Outside you have the refreshing swimming pool (heatable for an extra cost). Take in the stunning views from one of the various terraces that look out are a perfect spot to view the amazing Algarvian sunsets. This modern, spacious and cleverly designed villa also offers off road parking for several cars. This property will offer you the perfect base in which to spend your holidays, leaving you with amazing memories and a desire to return. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 37 people. The 38th to 50th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Sofa.bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.\*\*\*
