Villa Gamboa is an impressive and luxurious 7 bedroom villa, (sleeping 13 + 7 guests) within an idyllic setting of well-kept gardens and a private pool, located on an extensive and beautifully landscaped plot. Within the grounds of the property there is parking for up to 10 cars, plus an equestrian area (available as an optional extra) with access to the stables, riding arena and tack room. Situated in a quiet area, a short drive from both the quaint village of Guia and the stunning beaches of Galé, Salgados, São Lourenço and São Rafael, this oasis in the Algarve is the perfect vacation spot for you to spend your holiday with either family or friends. Once passing through the gated entrance and along the impressive driveway you will find the grand and beautiful Villa Gamboa, with its separate self-contained annex. This spacious and contemporary main house is set over 2 floors and features 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 double bedded rooms with an en-suite shower room each, plus one other twin bedded room with its own en-suite shower room and direct access to the garden. Upstairs is the master suite. It is furnished with a double bed and leads to a bathroom with a walk in shower and hydro massage bath and has an outside terrace with sea views, perfect for a drink as the sun is setting or a cup of coffee to start the day. On this floor there is also another twin bedroom that shares access to the terrace. The modern kitchen, which has ample space for preparing meals, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishes and utensils, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. The stylish open plan living and dining room, decorated with character and style, has the dining table raised slightly to give a separate feel, yet still being open plan. The spacious lounge, furnished to the highest standards has a large comfortable sofa, armchairs and two television sets with international channels, and air conditioning. There is also an addition Winter Garden Room, with sofa and armchair seating, another dining table and another television set. The ground floor also has a guest W.C. The spectacular outdoor area offers a magnificent landscape including the gardens, a swimming pool and several lounge areas where you will find sun loungers, sofas, outdoor tables and a Balinese day bed perfect for those long summer days and warm Algarvian evenings. There is also an extensive outside dining area with an outside kitchen including induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and sink next to the BBQ grill, perfect for dining al fresco plus a ping pong table for the more energetic. The separate annex is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious living/dining room with satellite television and air conditioning and 2 double en-suite bedrooms. Both with their own whirlpool baths, televisions and air conditioning. This is a private, self-contained holiday home for part of the group which shares the pool, gardens and outside dining area with the rest from the main house. Within the grounds of the property is an equestrian area. Special prices can be arranged for use of the stables (available as an optional extra), riding arena and tack room. Villa Gamboa is located in the Albufeira area, just a 10-minute drive from Algarve Shopping, home to a variety of restaurants, shops and a large supermarket. The city of Albufeira is a 10-minute drive away. Here you will discover the colourful marina, charming historic centre, Pescadores beach, the Strip, and a variety of quality restaurants, pubs, shops and nightlife. The property offers free Wi-Fi and Air conditioning throughout, as well as private parking for up to 10 vehicles. This unique holiday home is perfect for families and friends who want to spend their holidays together with privacy for everyone. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €300 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 13 people. From the 14th to the 20th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
