Barbados Apartment is an impressive modern holiday apartment affording a prime location in Correeira with great views, only 15 minute walk away from great golden sandy beaches. This Superb 1 bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished is located in a beautiful complex with a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children, well-kept garden, playground, gym, games room, squash room, benefits from it’s proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, supermarkets. There is no need for a car, only if you want to discover more of the Algarve. This beautiful apartment is on the ground floor, has a modern and beautiful decoration, very cozy, spacious and is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped, has a bedroom with double bed. It has a marvelous patio with table and chairs and sun-loungers, with access to the swimming pools, perfect for sunbathing and for eating alfresco. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The bedroom and the lounge both have access to the patio. There is one bathroom, with shower and hydro massage tub. Living room is spacious with a very comfortable chaise lounge sofa, one individual sofa, TV and a dining table. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 3 people The 4th to the 6th person pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
