Apartment Venice Venice is a lovely 1-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of an apartment complex in central Albufeira. Ideal for a family or friends, all essential amenities are within a short walking distance including beautiful sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Accommodating 2+2 people, this tastefully furnished apartment has 1 amazing bright bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom is eqquipped with a generous walk-in shower. A bright and multi-functional space includes the open-plan kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living area with a TV (with international channels). The living room is equipped with air conditioning and free internet Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toster, kettle and other appliances that you may require during the course of your stay. The patio doors leads onto an inviting outdoor seating and barbecue for soaking up the sun and enjoying summer meals outdoors. The complex itself has a large communal swimming pool and is surrounded by extensive lawns. With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk of the apartment including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping centre, supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Praia do Inatel) within a short walking distance. Car Hire is not necessary, however if you wish to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and locais táxis. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
