Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Ibiza is a bright and fantastic holiday home located in the area of Galé, close to some of the most beautiful golden sand beaches of the Algarve. Its privileged location allows you to be in a quiet, private area, while still being close to all amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. The property is composed of 2 floors, housing 5 bedrooms and is equipped with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. On the first floor is 1 twin bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom), 3 double bedrooms, and a bathroom. The remaining twin bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils that you may need during your stay. A spacious living / dining room provides plenty of comfortable seating and has direct access to the outdoor terrace. Here you can relax and enjoy sunbathing and delicious dips in the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), which will surely delight both children and adults. Outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy delicious outdoor meals, cooked on the typical Algarvean barbecue, or admire the beautiful evening sunsets. Villa Ibiza is in the Galé area, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The beaches of Galé and Lourenço are both within a short walking distance. Car hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 10 people. • The 11th and 12th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
