Villa da Horta is a stunning, quality villa set in extensive grounds and surrounded by lush orange groves with beautiful views over the countryside. Perfect for families with children as the private swimming pool is fenced and gated and can also be heated for an additional charge, plus there is the added benefit of a small slide and a couple of swings to keep the children occupied. With capacity for 8 adults + 2 children, internally, the villa is extremely spacious and offers 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are 2 further bathrooms on the ground floor; one with a shower cubicle and the other with a bath with shower over. Marble stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has ample fitted wardrobes, double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower over. The other upper floor bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower over. Both these bedrooms share a large balcony which boasts amazing views over the country and down towards the coast. The grounds are totally fenced, and access is via electric gates. There is a small grassed area with the slide and swings and the rear of the house has natural gardens with local trees and shrubs. There is ample private parking for several vehicles. The villa has a security alarm system, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, double glazed windows with shutters and wi-fi.
