A beautiful and spacious three-bedroom townhouse located in a quiet beachfront urbanisation just outside Estepona town. The house is presented in three levels. When entering the property, we found the fully equipped kitchen to the left and it is equipped with everything you may need for a family holiday and it also has a small laundry room attached. There is also a guest cloakroom to a side of the corridor with WC and hand basin. The spacious living room has a dining area with seating for eight guests and a lounge area with comfortable sofa and a large flatscreen TV with plenty of international channels including Sky. The lounge has direct access to the patio terrace through the sliding doors that offer light and create a cosy atmosphere offering uninterrupted views of the gardens, pool and the sea. The terrace has an extra dining area outdoor with seating up to eight guests and extra comfort seating. From the patio terrace we can access the well-maintained community gardens and the inviting community swimming pool with sea views. On the first floor we find two of the en-suite bedrooms. Both en-suite bathrooms in this floor are equipped with bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. The first bedroom has three double beds and the second bedroom has a king-size bed with a private balcony with sea views. On the top floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. It also has a small private balcony with lovely views to the sea and like the other bedrooms, is equipped with spacious built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space for. The entire house benefits from high-speed internet connection and central air conditioning throughout. The property also includes two private parking spaces inside the closed community gates. Small pets are allowed in the property however they may not be seen in the communal areas such as pools and gardens. All these facilities in addition to the its location, make this property the perfect option for your holidays in Estepona. The Lunymar urbanisation is located in the eastern part of Estepona, in an area known as Punta de la Plata, a quiet residential area next to the sea. The closest beach is located less than 100 meters from the townhouse and can be accessed from inside the complex. The centre of Estepona is about a 20 minutes walk from the urbanisation. Its recently restored old town is worth a visit to discover the authentic Andalusian character of the city. Here you will find a multitude of bars, restaurants as well as the traditional beach bars along the famous Playa de la Rada. There are bars and restaurants in the surroundings of the urbanisation and the nearest supermarket is approximately 750 meters from the house. Estepona is perfectly communicated with the rest of the Costa del Sol, located about 20 minutes by car from Marbella and Puerto Banús and about 30 minutes from the Strait of Gibraltar. The motorway that runs along the coast is about two minutes by car from the urbanisation and also connects the city with the main tourist destinations in Andalusia such as Malaga, Granada or Seville. The ideal location for your holidays on the Costa del Sol. Beachfront, close to supermarkets and town In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
