This semi-detached house is situated in a popular holiday destination, but in an out-of-the way residential area. It is located close to restaurants, cafes, hotels and shops. The beach and many leisure activities are also only about 400 metres away and within walking distance. On the other side of the house, there is another covered terrace with a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains.
