Details of the House

Outside you will find a fabulous furnished porch with a sofa and armchairs where you can rest, disconnect and enjoy a drink in the evening, before going out to have a walk around the area. There is another furnished porch, the perfect place to have lunch and dinner alfresco and enjoy delicious barbecues. There is a little lawn area for the little ones to play. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. From the first porch we enter the comfy living - dining room, where you can watch satellite TV or have dinner all together. The kitchen offers ceramic top and all that you need to cook. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms, all of them with a fan and a radiator. Two of them present a double bed, and one has a closet. There is a twin bedroom and a 80x185 bunk bedroom. A cot and a high chair are also available. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of them is outside. The house is very well located in the area with all necessary services for vacation: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. A sandy beach is only 100 metres away and is perfect for the kids as the depth level gradually downs and you can swim and enjoy the waves with no worries. The bus passes by every 15 minutes during summer and you can take to visit Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
