Details of the House

This colourful and stylish house has a furnished terraced where to enjoy breakfast al fresco. There's a second, upper terrace with access to one of the bedrooms, where you can have a glass of wine in the evening accompanied by the Mediterranean breeze. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the two loungers. On the ground floor there's a friendly sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and access to the terrace. If you fancy cooking, you will find everything you may need in the kitchen with gas hob. Furthermore, there's a shower bathroom. The upper storey comprises a shower bath, one bedroom with two twin beds and one master bedroom with double bed and A/C. The sofa in the living area can be prepared as an individual sofa bed. This nice house features a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board as well as a cot, a high chair and a fan on request. Set near the beach, in the north of Mallorca, this apartment is just a few steps of the fine grained sand beach and clear waters. Puerto de Alcúdia has a good offer of leisure activities like water sports and everything else you may need for an unforgettable stay; many restaurants, shops and cafés. Besides, there are activities for children and playgrounds and the beach is ideal for toddlers. Nearby there's Playa de Muro, a long beach which connects Puerto de Alcúdia with Can Picafort. Alcudia's north is famous for small, hidden bays like Sant Joan. Tuesdays and Sundays takes place the market in Alcúdia old town. Furthermore, you can visit the chapel of La Victoria. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The fireplace can't be used. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
