Details of the Villa

This great house close to the sea will make you fall in love because of both, the indoors and the outdoors. Outside you will find a great 10 x 5 metres private salt pool with a depth of 0.6 to 1.8 metres. Besides, we can also find a private garden with a playground area for children, an area to practice golf, a badminton court and leisure bikes. The property consists in 2 buildings; the main house and the annex. Therefore it's a good choice for two families or friends who want to stay together but are searching for a certain type of privacy. The house counts with 2 furnished porches, one 60 m2 furnished terrace where enjoying a meal with the family and a beautiful barbecue. If you want to sunbathe you can do it on pone of the 8 sunbeds or protect from the sun under the umbrella. Privacy is total and there are not neighbors nearby. Once in the inside of the main house, we fin a spacious and open living room where you sill find a fireplace, TV Sat and it is air conditioned. The kitchen has a ceramic hub and it includes the dining area, so the space is bigger and opener. The laundry is in an independent room and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There's one bath with shower and two bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and has enough space to prepare a cot and a high chair. The second room has no windows and is equipped with 2 twin beds. The annex is located next to the main house. It consists in two bedrooms with 1 double bed each and access to the terrace. One comes with a shower bath en-suite. All bedrooms both in the main house and in the annex are air conditioned and have a closet. Manresa is a beautiful residential area in Alcudia where you will find the most beautiful coves in the area. It is only a few minutes away from Alcudia, where you will find all services needed: hospital, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. Also very near to Puerto de Alcudia, which is, surely, one of the central points of Northern Majorca. The nearest sandy beach is that of Mal Pas, a few meters away. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. There are 4 outdoor parking lots. The A/C is included in the price from 14:00h till 18:00h and from 22:00h till 06:00h. There's a charge for the use of the A/C during the whole day. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
