One of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom have access from the outside area. The house stands on a plot of 7,000 m². The house has a bathroom with bath and one with shower, a very tastefully furnished living area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the outside area there is a lot to discover, first, the cozy seating area on the terrace, the BBQ corner, for relaxing barbecues and communal meal. You will always find a place in the shade to to escape the midday sun . The well-kept pool area ensures refreshment and comfortable sun loungers are already waiting for you, from where you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the surrounding countryside. Alcudia Town is just 1 kilometer away. There are restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities. The market takes place on Tuesday and Sunday.
