Located on the ground floor, this beautiful holiday home offers an airy living - dining room with AC, which is perfect for your meals together and to rest on the sofa watching the satellite TV. Just behind the dining area, the kitchen boasts views to this space and it offers a ceramic hob as well as all you need to cook. There are two bedrooms with a fan and a closet each, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The apartment has a baby cot, a high chair, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, the bathroom with a bath and a toilet complete the accommodation. The location of the residential complex is the best one since the beach of Puerto de Alcudia is right in front and you'll find all services like bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, bus and taxi stops, supermarkets, shops and much more handy.
