This wonderful house near the sea offers a wonderful porch where you will enjoy a delicious BBQ after a fabulous day at the beach which only is 450 metres away or nice moments at the garden. The lawn and the 2 sunloungers available are perfect to bask in the sun with a good reading. The family little ones will also be delighted with this space. Inside, the spacious living - dining - kitchen -with high ceilings and sliding doors to access the garden, a beautiful decoration and AC- is ideal to cook your best recipes on the gas cooktop at the same time that you set the table and watch the TV -with satellite channels and Smart TV. The living area is where you'll enjoy a deserved rest. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are in the kitchen area. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, with closet and ceiling fan each. Two of them have twin beds and the last one has a double bed, AC and an-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another shower bathroom and a toilet in the house. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. This accommodation is located in Manresa (Alcúdia) and only 450 meters from the paradisaical and family beach of Sant Joan. In the town of Alcúdia, about 2.6 km away, you'll find all services like supermarkets, bars, restaurants,... Here, you'll find beautiful places to visit like its ancient wall.
