Villa Sofia Lago is in a great location, only 5 minutes' walk from the main street of Bellevue, Alcudia. You'll have a number of shops and places to eat all at your fingertips. Plus, the main beach of Alcudia is not far away. You'll also have your own private swimming pool with pleasant views of the nearby hillside. Air conditioning/heating in all 4 bedrooms and WiFi are included. Iron gates open onto the small lawn area and dining terrace at the front of the villa, leading to the BBQ on the right and swimming pool to the left. The main entrance opens into the living area The lounge and dining area are open plan. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, an ornamental fireplace and a table and chairs for 8 people. Large windows overlook the front of the house and swimming pool. A traditional arched doorway leads into the well-equipped kitchen which has traditional Spanish tiles. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. From the kitchen, double doors open directly onto the pool terrace. There is also a separate utility room. All 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, reached by stairs from the living area. There is a twin bedroom which has a private terrace with views of the Alcudia mountains and steps down to the garden. The second twin bedroom also has a private terrace with views of the mountainside and lakes in the distance. The double bedroom and remaining twin bedroom both have a balcony. All 4 bedrooms share a bathroom with a half bath and overhead shower. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. The swimming pool and surrounding terrace are to the left of the villa, facing the mountains, securing sunlight for most of the day. If you need a break from the heat, the exterior dining area is shaded, to one side of the house, with the brick BBQ to the right as you enter the grounds. Villa Sofia Lago can sleep up to 8 people.
