Details of the Apartment

The pool area is perfect when coming back from the beach. It has salt water, measures 12 x 4.50 meters and its depth ranges from 1.4 to 2 meters. It offers a children's pool that measures 4.50 x 4.50 meters and has a depth of 0.60 meters. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas for residents. The apartment features a cosy terrace overlooking the pool where you can have a drink at sunset. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift and has the basic equipment. The dining room has TV-sat, and AC. The kitchen in the same space has a ceramic hob and basic utensils for cooking on vacation. In the bedroom you have twin beds and AC and the 2 extra guests can sleep on the sofa beds in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we will provide you with a cot and a high chair. The location of the apartment is perfect, with the magnificent Alcudia beach just steps from the apartment and with all the services for an independent stay nearby. You cannot miss the town of Alcúdia on Tuesdays and Sundays, which are market days. If you want to spend a different day, you have the Alcanada golf course a few km away. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Laundry service available.
