Xara is a charming one bedroom apartment located in front of the sea in Puerto de Alcudia. It has been recently renovated, including furniture and decoration. Highly recommended for a holiday with your partner or with children in front of Alcudia beach. Distribution: The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and two small terraces with sea views. Amenities and services: Internet, tv, air conditioning, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine. Towels and sheets included. Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3.
