Villa Es Puis Xacons is a property located in Port d'Alcudia, 4 km from Natural Park S'Albufera in Majorca. It is just a few hundred meters to the restaurants and shops of the Port of Alcudia and 1 km to Majorcas´ longest sandy beach, the beach of Playa de Alcudia. Villa Es Puis Xacons has a modern kitchen, an air-conditioned dining area that leads onto a lounge space with lots of light. It has a spacious double bedroom with air-conditioning and a big bathroom that is fully equipped with toilet and a shower. There are two large sofas on the livinig room. The property has a large garden area with a private swimming pool, an outside barbecue and a Ping-Pong table. There is also a porch for outside dining with some comfortable outside furniture for relaxing. The swimming pool is a perfect place for children to play and to refresh under the sun. The sun beds and a Balinese bed at the back of the garden create a perfect place to relax under the palm trees that give you nice shade. Villa Es Puis Xacons is a perfect place for families with small children and couples looking for a romantic getaway villa, close to the town but in a very quiet area. The area where the villa is located is popular for horse riding and snorkelling. You can play tennis and find a selection of other activities, such as windsurfing and diving.
