An ample open concept kitchen gives onto the lounge / dining area with a wood burning fireplace and satellite TV. Off the lounge area, a small arch leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin sharing the only shower room with WC. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned on a timer. Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and door out to the back of the property. This stone clad property faces south and receives the sun on the façade and pool area all day long. The well-kept garden and lawn includes a brick built BBQ next to the 8 x 4 m pool with wide metal steps for easy access in and out. A car is essential when booking this property. Wifi throughout the house. For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory.
