The house, recently renovated and completely distributed on a single floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, air conditioning throughout the house and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach. Most of the neighbors are residents of Mallorca who spend their holidays with their families. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with your family. You can also visit Formentor beach with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea.
