The beautiful exteriors of the house are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On its terrace, which overlooks the lake, you will find a sun lounger area where you can sunbathe and a porch equipped with a sofa area and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions. In addition, there is a second terrace with barbecue, so you can cook great grilled dishes. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the one-storey villa, which has been recently renovated, will offer you the relaxation you deserve. The living/dining room has AC and TV-sat. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need to cook in comfort. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. To sleep in, there are four bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them have a double bed, while the others have two single beds each. There is a washbasin and two bathrooms with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair. The property is located in a quiet area of Puerto de Alcudia, which is perfect for those who wish to combine relaxation with leisure. Close to the villa you will find establishments where you can enjoy an independent stay, as well as many places where you can go shopping, eat or have a drink. The nearest beach, Alcudia, with white sand and crystal clear waters, is less than a kilometre away. A few kilometres away is the town of Alcudia, whose walls and old town are ideal for wandering through its streets. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
